Cookies and website statistics
We use aggregate statistics to improve our pages and contact routes. We do not use advertising tags or visitor tracking identifiers. You can switch statistics off below.

Your statistics choice
Website statistics are on for this browser.
Your choice does not affect calls, messages or enquiries. An opt-out is remembered for one year on this browser; clearing cookies removes it.
What we count
We count page views, clicks to call, text, open WhatsApp or get directions, and enquiry emails accepted by our email provider. A click does not tell us whether a call connected or a message was sent. We do not count unique visitors or link activity into an individual browsing history.
The website reads the page path, simple campaign tags in its address, the referring website name and a broad screen-size category. For contact actions, we also count the button location and whether it relates to supply-only, fitted or general enquiries. These are fixed labels, not your message or identity. We do not include enquiry contents, phone numbers, email addresses, full referring URLs or visitor identifiers in these counters. We use the totals to improve the website, not for advertising or personalised offers.
Requests are added to daily counters and individual analytics events are not retained. Counters are kept for up to 90 days. When persistent storage is configured, Upstash stores these totals on our behalf. Our hosting provider also processes normal request data to serve and protect the website. IP addresses used in temporary abuse controls are separate from the statistics.
What is stored on your device
If you turn statistics off, we set a first-party cookie named gw2g_analytics with the value off. It remembers only this choice for one year. It does not identify you. Turning statistics on removes it. Browser caching may also store files needed to display the website.
We use aggregate statistics with an opt-out for the limited purpose of improving this website. Cookieless technology is not automatically exempt from privacy rules. If we introduce Google Analytics, advertising tags or individual tracking, we will update this notice and obtain consent wherever required before those technologies run.
Third-party pages
Google Maps, WhatsApp and our Google Business Profile are separate services reached through links. Their own privacy and cookie policies apply when you open them. Published video embeds use YouTube’s privacy-enhanced domain; loading or playing an embed contacts YouTube.
