How we are making the site usable

We aim to follow the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA. The site includes:

• a “skip to content” link as the first thing a keyboard or screen reader user reaches;
• keyboard focus styles, labelled form fields and descriptive error messages;
• responsive layouts and support for reduced-motion preferences;
• alternative text for published photographs.

What is not finished

As of October 2026, we have not completed a full assistive-technology and zoom audit. We will review any barriers reported to us.

• We are still checking keyboard journeys, screen-reader behaviour and layouts at higher zoom levels across the full catalogue.
• If we publish instructional videos, we will add captions and a written alternative before treating them as the only source of information.

Buying from us another way

Nothing on this site has to be done online. Published supply-only prices are available here; fitted worktops are quoted individually. You can arrange your order by phone, and we can read information out or talk you through it.
